3. **Refund Policy**

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- You have **not taken any tests** after the most recent purchase, or
- You have taken the **first test** after the most recent purchase and are not satisfied with the service.

Refund requests must be made **within 14 days** of your most recent purchase by contacting our customer support at support@onlinehearingtest.org.

Refunds will only be issued for the most recent purchase. Refunds for previous purchases, including those that were fully or partially used, will not be provided.

Once a refund is issued, any unused test credits from the refunded purchase will be revoked, and we may delete any test data that was generated from that specific order.

4. **Use of Service**

You agree to use our Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Our hearing tests and analyses are not medical diagnoses. The information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice.
